Warranty Policy
Fasnap® Corp. warrants that the products we sell are free from manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that fail due to improper installation or inadequate application design. Our Sales or Customer Service Departments will be pleased to assist customers in the selection or development of products and equipment for their specific application. We will provide working samples where feasible, however, the final choice is the responsibility of the customer. Fasnap® Corp. reserves the right to inspect any product or application submitted for claim and approve claims thereof.
Returned Goods Policy
All items being returned to Fasnap® Corp. must be authorized in advance, be assigned a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returned goods must be received within 30 days from the invoice date. Customers are responsible for returned merchandise shipping charges.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Instructions
- Call our Customer Service Department or complete your return information online at (Product Returns).
- Provide your Order Number to receive your approved RMA code, we cannot process your return without an approved RMA code.
- Clearly mark the RMA code on the shipping label to ensure timely processing.
- All product returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- b. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- Include a copy of your receipt with any returns.
The issuance of an RMA does not constitute an immediate credit on your account. Credit will be processed only upon the successful return and inspection of the product. To receive a full credit for return merchandise, please ensure that the return shipment is initiated within two (2) weeks from the date of the RMA issuance.
Returned Goods Instructions
In order to process a return, Customer Service must assign a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) to your Return Request. We cannot accept returns that do not have an assigned RMA #. Please provide order information when you contact us. When you return a product, please ensure that the RMA # is clearly marked on the shipping label in order to help expedite processing of your return.

Business/Credit Policies
For net term consideration, new customers must complete a credit application. Fasnap’s credit department will use these facts and other sources of credit information to determine repayment terms. Fasnap® accepts most major credit cards or will ship C.O.D. cash or certified funds if no terms are established. N.S.F. checks will be assessed a fee of $35.
